We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if your order if your order was recieved damaged.

We will need photos of the damaged item, packaging, and invoice/order confirmation number. Once everything is received, we will process a refund or replacement on your request.

We currently do not offer flower delivery, however we partner with many incredible florists around the world.
